It's 9:45 am and I've already eaten a cupcake and several truffles.

I don't feel very good, and I think I need to swear off sugar for a little while.

On the upside, the cupcakes in question were homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and they were FREAKIN DELICIOUS.

Almost worth the heartburn. Almost.

It's been a long time, I shouldna left you

And CERTAINLY not without a dull beat to step to. It's been almost a year, which I didn't realize until this evening. Whoa.

Today's treat haul was good.

Homemade egg and cheese: delicious.
Molten egg in my hair and on my ear: inexplicable, but an acceptable casualty.

Finally, Green and Black chocolate ice cream is ... really really good.
